There’s going to be plenty of fun activities taking place in mid-October when local university Dickinson State will be celebrating their centennial. There are events taking place from October 11 - 14, but the main day will be Saturday, October 13, when there’ll be a parade followed by a football game as the Blue Hawks take on Mayville State.

Love your art? Then don’t miss the Badlands Art Association 48th Annual Art Show, which will be taking place from November 9 - 11. As you can imagine, this region inspires many an artist, and this event will give you a chance to check out some of their best works. If you so wish, you can even buy a work and take it home as a souvenir.
