There is something about northwest America that just loves the rodeo, the outdoors, and all that libation. It’s true, there’s not denying. There is also no shortage of these events and the fun that comes with them. So better buckle up, put your boots on, and get ready for a wild ride. Ok-- maybe not a wild ride, but you better be in the mood for some fun.
The Richland County Fair & Rodeo returns to Sidney Montana on July 31 to August 3. This now history-making 4 day event had humble beginnings as a small fair that ran along a single street has not emerged as a leading fair that brings together over 30 000 people each year. Starting in September 1920, the fair evolved and been a pillar event for the region for what is now decades. Tickets range in affordable price depending on who and what you want to see!
There are plenty other things to do in the MonDak region. For example, pub and pint nights are always popular. Head on over to the Meadowlark Public House on July 17, 2019 at 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM to catch their monthly pub night. What’s so special about it? Well, every pint you order will be donating $1 to support a local community organization. If you can’t make it to this one, you can be sure that every 3rd Wednesday of each month, there will be a Community Pint Night. Standard age restrictions still apply.
