Spring is on its way to Dickinson, and with it comes a whole slew of fun, family-friendly events. From the Badlands Shrine Circus to a special egg decorating class just in time for Easter, check out the top 3 events to attend in Dickinson, North Dakota this spring.
Head to the West River Ice Center in Dickinson for the Spring Home Show on April 1st and 2nd. This event will feature a wide range of home, farm, ranch, and garden vendors, as well as prizes and cash drawings. Admission is just $1 or two non-perishable food items. There will also be two food trucks on-site, Grills Gone Wild and York’s BBQ Pit. This event is hosted by the Dickinson Builders Association.
For a night you’ll never forget, attend the Badlands Shrine Circus. Taking over the West River Ice Center on April 10th and 11th, this is an event your whole family is sure to enjoy. Watch in awe as trained acrobats complete gravity-defying stunts. Ticket information will be available soon, but whatever you do, don’t miss the top circus in southwestern North Dakota!
The Ukrainian Cultural Institute in Dickinson is hosting a Pysanka Egg Decorating Class just in time for Easter. Taking place on April 2nd from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm, guests will have the rare opportunity to learn how to paint pysanka Ukrainian eggs. Tickets cost $15 and include all supplies. Prepare to walk away with some truly stunning Easter decor.
